Elk Mound trustees approve routine licenses, vouchers and consumer report

The Board of Trustees for the Village of Elk Mound approved routine financial and licensing items at its June 15 meeting.
Trustees Abraham and Bachman moved to approve combined checks 33869–33918 and direct deposits V4244–V4264 for a total of $73,728.31; the motion carried. The Board also approved the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report by adopting Resolution 26-2 after a motion by Trustees Hahn and Linberg.
In separate motions the board renewed retail liquor licenses and tobacco/electronic vaping device retail licenses. The renewals approved included Synergy Cooperative — Elk Mound Cenex (Class A fermented malt beverage and Class A intoxicating liquor), Dolgencorp, LLC (Class A fermented malt beverage and Class A intoxicating liquor), and The Tipsy Elk, LLC (Class B fermented malt beverage and Reserve Class B intoxicating liquor). The Board similarly approved cigarette, tobacco and electronic vaping device retail licenses for the named establishments and approved multiple operator license applications as listed in the minutes. The minutes record these actions as motions which 'carried'; no roll-call vote tallies were recorded in the minutes.
