City Clerk/Treasurer Miriah Pfeiffer reported that all bank accounts had been reconciled and that the city submitted the annual road and street report on Dec. 31, 2025. The mayor also noted City Hall would be closed on Jan. 19 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day and reminded the council of an HMH Engineering meeting scheduled for Jan. 15 at 1:30 PM.
