City Clerk/Treasurer Miriah Pfeiffer told the council that 1998 LID invoices have been mailed to property owners with outstanding balances and that 2026 annual business and liquor licenses have been distributed. She noted that liquor licenses expire Feb. 28 and that this notice serves as an early reminder.
Miriah Pfeiffer also reported that the local option tax balance stands at $32,773 and that all city bank accounts had been reconciled for November. The clerk's financial update provided the council with the status of receivables and licensing ahead of the new calendar year.
