Notus sets ADU and budget hearing dates; partial budget review tabled

Council established Aug. 4, 2025 for a public hearing on the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ordinance, set the FY2025‑26 budget hearing for Aug. 18, 2025, and set the 2024‑25 budget amendment public hearing for Sept. 2, 2025. The council tabled a partial review of the FY2025‑26 budget at this meeting.
No substantive votes on the ADU ordinance or budget figures were taken at the July 7 meeting; the hearings will be the venues for formal public comment and potential action.
