Board hears capital-improvement update; bleacher replacement expected to require long lead time

"The 1 that requires the most lead time is actually our bleacher replacement," the superintendent said, adding that survey work and soil samples are underway for other projects. Depending on budget constraints, the district may choose to phase or bid parts of the work separately.
