Board members asked about staffing, access to services, and ADA considerations; Gary DiMartino and Fisher said staffing levels will depend on resident needs, including some 24/7 overnight coverage and potential Medicaid‑funded staff. The Board moved to find RSA 674:54 applies because the project is being developed in coordination with NH Department of Health and Human Services and approved the application while advising the applicant that parking encroaches into the wetland buffer and that the use is not a permitted use in the Professional Commercial zone.
