Chinburg Properties asked the Planning Board to withdraw its subdivision application for the Sargent Family Trust property at 20 Mitchell Road. John Ayer, Gilford Director of Planning and Land Use, told the board the applicant's contract with the property owner had been terminated and the applicant requested withdrawal of Application #2026000001.
On a motion by Rick Notkin, seconded by Gaye Fedorchak, the board accepted the applicant's request to withdraw the application; the motion carried unanimously. The withdrawn proposal had sought to subdivide roughly half of a 32.7‑acre parcel to create 11 new lots while retaining the existing house and fields on about 15.78 acres and had included one proposed back lot requiring a conditional use permit.
