Gilford Conservation Commission members recommended approval of a Standard Dredge and Fill Wetlands Permit for Daniel and Marcy Burleigh at 68 Skyline Drive (Tax Map & Lot #203-063.301). The application proposes permanently impacting 620 square feet within a forested draw to install a 30-foot long, 15-inch HDPE culvert to provide access to a single-family residential lot created by subdivision and served by municipal sewer.
Commission members reviewed the wetlands impact and judged it to be minimal. Robert McDonald moved to recommend approval with the normal siltation measures; Gary Geoffroy seconded the motion, which carried with all in favor. The minutes do not record additional mitigation measures beyond the standard siltation protections noted by the commission.
