The Dell Rapids City Council approved the consent agenda on Oct. 6, which included certified delinquent utility accounts as of Oct. 1, 2025, to be sent to collections and outstanding parking tickets as of Oct. 1, 2025, to be sent to collections, along with claims payable as of Oct. 6, 2025.
“Yes, we sent letters to all of them,” Administrator (S3) said in response to a council question about notification for accounts headed to collections, adding that the list had been larger before letters were sent and the current list is what remains. The consent agenda was approved by voice vote.
