The DeKalb County Board of Registration and Elections approved the special-call meeting agenda and, after hearing the director's pre-certification report, voted to adjourn.
During roll call and agenda approval the motion to accept the agenda was moved and seconded and the board voted in favor. Later, after Director Smith's presentation and brief questions, Chair asked for a motion to adjourn; a committee member moved, the chair seconded, and the members present voted 'Aye,' adjourning the special call meeting. The board confirmed there was no need for executive session.
No formal certification or other election action occurred at this meeting; Chair noted additional comments would be reserved for the formal certification meeting on the board's regular calendar.
