Avon City Council adopted Ordinance No. 13-26 on Feb. 9 to amend Ordinance No. 105-25 and authorize the mayor to enter an agreement with Environmental Design Group (EDG) to acquire permanent drainage easements and temporary construction easements for the French Creek Greenway Phase I project. The motion to suspend rules and adopt was unanimous (6-0).
