Chair Jennifer Demaline opened the second agenda item by asking ward representatives to confirm unfinished 2025 sidewalk work and identify priorities for the 2026 program. Zoning Enforcement Officer Jill Clements reported three outstanding installations on Avondale Drive to Century Lane and said she expects the work to be completed in the spring despite delays tied to a pending property sale and probate proceedings.
Demaline asked members to finalize Ward priorities and submit them to Mayor Bryan Jensen and City Engineer Ryan Cummins by Feb. 9. The Committee agreed that, rather than introducing a Resolution at the Feb. 16 Work Session, aiming for the March 2 meeting would allow staff and members additional time to coordinate and prepare the program details.
