The Avon Town Council unanimously authorized the lease of portions of Fisher Farm on the east and west sides of Tillotson Road to Sub Edge Farm, LLC, after a public hearing on the proposal. Rodger Phillips, speaking for Sub Edge Farm, thanked the Council for its support and said he looks forward to “another great five years at Sub Edge Farm.” The lease paperwork on file with the Town Clerk lists the lessee’s address as 199 Town Farm Road, Farmington, CT 06032. The Council’s vote to authorize the lease was unanimous.
