Developers to provide color PDFs and material samples for final Monterey Heights review

"I did want it to be colored colored so we can see the color schemes because they are sharp," Speaker 2 said. The board agreed the developer should submit color PDFs, one half‑size printed set and physical siding/roof samples at the next meeting to support final approval and avoid confusion caused by monochrome prints.
