The City of Euclid Planning & Zoning Commission opened its January session by re-electing Commissioner Howard Drake as chair and confirming Commissioner Weymouth as vice chair. Commissioner (speaker 5) nominated Drake "to continue as our chairperson," praising his "years of service and his steady hand"; the commission approved the slate by voice and roll call.
The re-election was routine and uncontested. Chair Drake thanked members and said the commission will "continue to try to keep the move meetings moving along." The commission then moved on to new business, including an appeal of a housing inspection at 131 East 205th Street.
