The commission approved RZ20260736 by unanimous vote to allow Justin's Tree Service to operate from a parcel at the end of Yarborough Road. Staff said the parcel sits adjacent to the Bales Ridge Business Park and that existing floodplain and creek areas provide natural buffering. Commissioners asked about nuisance activities; the applicant reiterated that daily operations would consist mainly of morning departures and afternoon returns and that they would not run noisy or dusty processing on the property. The commission approved the rezoning 6–0.
