Commissioners added three specific conditions to their recommendation: a construction traffic management plan to limit construction vehicles on local gravel roads; a requirement or strong encouragement that the developer provide some onsite green space or an HOA park (which could receive credit toward the 12% park dedication); and a reinforced requirement that the traffic study's recommendations produce a safe solution for the Buck Lake Road/Highway 7 intersection before final approvals proceed.
