Board members discussed specifics of the change order. The presenter said some site work and unanticipated repairs — including rotted bell‑tower framing and an additional slate repair offset partly by a donated slate contribution — increased the project scope. The board moved and seconded a motion to approve the change orders and to authorize signing the associated documents; the motion passed with the members present voting in favor.
