The board approved a $10,000 requisition to Steven Van Sick and Associates from the Community Development Block Grant fund to serve as the owners' representative on a project funded through NOACA's TLCI program. A director explained this role is required by ODOT as a condition of the grant.
"This is a project that otherwise is being funded through the NOACA TLCI program and this is a requirement of that grant," a director said when describing the contract. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
