Trustees hear "state of the library" update as programs swell but circulation dips

The Librarian noted the library received a Vermont Early Literacy Initiative (VELA) award (a $750 stipend) that could fund a story hour leader and additional supplies. Staff praised Tanya and Haley for program coordination and said new volunteer and staff IT support will help with communications and inventory as the move approaches.
