Jamie Provoznak, staff, told the council there were no changes for the meeting and answered procedural questions. Council voted to adopt the ordinance as recorded earlier in the packet; the meeting minutes show the vote was unanimous.
Council did not take public comment on the budget at this session, and staff will proceed with implementation steps and publication of the adopted appropriation ordinance.
