On March 2 the Kingsford City Council opened bids for the Roseland/Doraland Street alley sanitary sewer extension. Payne & Dolan submitted bids of $164,496.85 (first installment) and $182,748.57 (first and second installments); Morin Excavating submitted a bid of $97,025 for the first installment only.
