Whitehouse to mail electric aggregation notices; renewable rate set at 10.17 cents/kWh

Fine also recited the current Edison rate as 10.9992 cents per kilowatt hour to give residents a point of comparison. Council said the letters will include a phone number for residents with questions. No formal enrollment changes or votes were taken at this meeting.
