Committee finalizes sidewalk letter to Planning Commission; asks for 'warranted' standard and Council consultation

Daugherty will forward the revised letter for the June Planning Commission meeting; Council asked that the letter be included in welcome packets for new Planning Commission members and Council to keep the sidewalk issue prominent.
