Whitehouse reviews $1.2M sewer relining funding options; staff to report back mid‑summer

Daugherty said the project "is not urgent so taking some time to research the funding possibilities. Mid-summer should have a final plan on grant funding or the route of low interest loan." Council members supported waiting for grant decisions before committing to bond or loan finance and asked staff for a status update at the July Council meeting. No formal action was taken on the project at the Committee of the Whole meeting.
