Maine Liquor & Lottery Commission unanimously approves minutes, listings and promotions

The commission unanimously approved Dec. 9 minutes and a slate of liquor product listings, label changes and retailer rebates during its Jan. 13 meeting; all motions were unanimous. The meeting also set Feb. 10 as the next meeting date.
The Maine State Liquor and Lottery Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes from its Dec. 9, 2025 meeting and a series of product, label and promotion items during its Jan. 13, 2026 meeting. Commissioner Julie Sheehan moved to accept the December minutes; Commissioner John Schneck seconded and the roll call vote was all affirmative.
Acting Deputy Director Tracy Willett presented 115 new products for January and five label changes; commissioners approved those listings following Sheehan's motion, seconded by Schneck. Willett also presented 17 standard rebates and coupons for January; Sheehan moved to approve and Commissioner Kim Monaghan seconded. In each case the roll was called and all commissioners present voted yes.
The commission set its next meeting for Feb. 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and tentatively scheduled the March meeting for March 10. There were no public comments recorded at the Jan. 13 meeting.
