After Board discussion about increased cleaning needs and pool-chemical costs from the additional usage, the board countered at $85 per hour. John West moved to accept the RCY rental agreement at $85 per hour for a total of $3,825; Rebecca "Becki" Masters seconded and the motion was unanimously approved.
The agreement gives RCY access to guards, pool equipment, bathrooms and locker rooms for the clinic period. The board recorded the higher hourly rate is to cover anticipated additional cleaning and chemical costs.
