Committee members asked staff to request comparable full-replacement quotes from all bidders and to confirm warranty terms before selection.
Members also discussed the girls’ locker-room leak (small localized leak affecting one corner) and agreed staff should pursue targeted repairs and follow up with estimated costs and warranty information.
