Dan Flynn, the board's financial advisor from ACG, reviewed investment performance for the plans and provided multi-year return figures.
He reported that while both plans had a negative return in the first quarter, they finished the plan year with one-year returns of 13.07% (Non-Uniform) and 13.44% (Police). "Both plans are at all-time highs as of April 30, 2026," Flynn said, and he also provided five- and ten-year return figures for trustees' reference.
Trustees received the report; no plan-level changes or votes were recorded in the minutes.
