Mayor Marty Little called the City of Overland Joint Pension Board meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers. Trustees approved the minutes of the Feb. 5, 2026 quarterly meeting and voted to pay Non-Uniform and Police bills presented at the meeting.
City Clerk Melissa Burton presented the staff report that included the 2026 cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) calculation and an update that actuarial valuation materials have been submitted to Milliman. Legal counsel Heather Mehta briefed trustees on pending state legislation affecting taxes, and financial advisor Dan Flynn reviewed investment returns and told the board the plans were at all-time highs as of April 30, 2026.
The board scheduled its next joint quarterly meeting for July 30, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., and adjourned after completing the agenda.
