Before adjourning the work session the council reviewed consent-agenda items for the Nov. 18 regular meeting and asked that item 4(d), an amendment to the parks master plan, be pulled for an individual presentation to answer follow-up questions. The chair said she had already discussed logistics with staff and the item would be presented separately.
Council members also asked for a short conversation about item 4(e), which would allow the city the opportunity to buy additional solar capacity; staff agreed to add a brief discussion to the regular-session consent review. No formal action was taken; the items will be scheduled for the Nov. 18 meeting and the parks amendment will be presented off consent.
