At the March 10 meeting the Pahrump Public Lands Advisory Committee took several procedural actions by voice vote. Jim Hannah moved to accept the minutes of the February 10, 2026 meeting; Mike Zaman seconded the motion and the minutes were approved with a unanimous vote by members present.
The committee then considered and approved PPLAC’s 2025 achievements and activities and its 2026 goals. Jim Hannah moved to approve the document, Mike Zaman seconded, and the motion passed with all members recorded as voting yes. Later in the meeting Jim Hannah moved to set the committee's next regular meeting for April 14, 2026; Mike Zaman seconded and that motion also passed unanimously.
Recorded votes in the minutes frequently read "Yes by all." The roll call shows seven members present: Jim Hannah, Mike Zaman, Robert Adams, NC Commissioner Strickland, Allison Pharr, Beth Lee and Debra Perna. The committee did not record any dissenting votes for the listed items.
