- Approval of minutes (July 22, 2024): Motion to approve made by Lieutenant Governor Stavros Anthony; the Board voted unanimously to approve the minutes.
- Direction to staff to pursue parallel tracks (RFI and RFP prep): Treasurer Zach Conine moved that staff begin an RFI and start preparatory RFP work for a Nevada-specific plan while the RFI runs. The motion passed unanimously.
