Staff credit Grants Management System and Public Affairs for data and storytelling; blog and June 25 virtual celebration planned

Jen Lawless recognized Grants Management System officers Allison Rosenthal and Colin Baylor and said much of the presentation data came from their work. "The work is made possible by a collaborative team effort and that their work produced much of the data shared today," Lawless said when acknowledging staff contributions.
Bethann Steiner, Senior Director of Public Affairs, told the committee the Public Affairs team will publish a year-end blog post the following week and host the Agency's final grant celebration on June 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. via Zoom; more than 100 attendees, including grantees, legislators and the Poet Laureate, were expected. Committee members were encouraged to register and to use the presentation to support advocacy and storytelling with legislators and partners.
