For case 2024-PHA-20040 the board proposed findings including Chapter 30 (15) and (16) violations, Chapter 23 inventory failures, and Chapter 29 (federal Controlled Substances Act) violations, and the proposed sanction included reprimand and probation conditions such as quarterly inventory reconciliation and semi‑annual inspection.
