The City of Overland Joint Pension Board unanimously approved the minutes of the Joint Boards of Trustees Quarterly Meeting held Oct. 23, 2025. Mark Giroux moved to approve the minutes and Kadi Sanders seconded; the board recorded all votes as "yes."
The board then approved payments for routine bills. Scott Pope moved to approve Non-Uniform bills in the amount of $18,090.47; Mark Giroux seconded and the motion carried. Later, Lt. Justin Lydon moved to approve Police bills totaling $18,617.77; Chief Andy Mackey seconded and the board voted to pay those bills.
The meeting closed with a formal adjournment motion from Mark Giroux, seconded by Kadi Sanders, which also carried unanimously. The votes were recorded in the minutes as indicated by board roll call.
