County moves to finalize Big Rock purchase; Carroll Lake stewardship grant expected

Separately, staff reported that the Stewardship grant for the Carroll Lake acquisition is expected to arrive next week and that the final Cobb 40 parcel remains open from the prior award. Staff noted uncertainty because the Stewardship program has not been reauthorized, leaving future grant application timing unclear.
