Council member rebuts Facebook post listing declines in services, highlights recent investments

"Life in Reading is not as bad as you think," Bishop said, and then outlined specific examples of investment and progress, noting new factories and businesses, code-enforcement and zoning activity, recent purchases of vehicles and equipment, new LED lights and security cameras in parks, and planned votes on renovation proposals in May.
