Residents urge slower process, clearer ballot language on stadium and municipal projects

Council members responded that administrators and Council plan a series of information sessions and facility tours and explained what factual information can be distributed. Katie Eadicicco and others said the public will have opportunities to review details before voting; bond counsel later confirmed that factual information (but not persuasive campaign messaging) may be distributed by the city. "There are going to be a dozen information sessions at City Hall, as well as facility tours," Eadicicco said, outlining outreach plans.
