Commissioner Tyrone Cantey moved to approve the resolution; Commissioner Mark Larkin seconded and the motion carried unanimously (5-0). Staff noted the self-certification remains effective through the city’s current fiscal year and that the city will comply with more restrictive thresholds if a federal grantor requires them.
