The Chair responded, "I think that's very reasonable, and I will take them back to parks and rec," and staff agreed to review options such as limiting generator hours or allowing quiet inverter generators. The council did not adopt the rule changes at first reading; the discussion will inform Parks & Rec before subsequent readings.
