Depot near completion; council reviews rental rates and summer opening plans

The concrete and the broke work is all 100% done...so they're building the steps into the building now, doing some of the finishing touches inside."
Lehi proposed rental rates that are roughly $25 higher than those for the loft and suggested weekday hourly rates and weekend full‑day rentals to help manage turnover. She recommended phased availability through the summer and a ribbon cutting likely in June. Council discussed opening hours, staffing for bookings, and coordinating depot hours with events such as the farmers market.
