Chair Jerry Abrahams requested a motion to approve the June 18, 2026 Finance/Audit Committee minutes. Catherine MacKinnon moved to approve, Mr. Abrahams seconded, and committee members voted unanimously in favor of approving the minutes, according to the draft minutes.
Chair Abrahams congratulated Deputy Treasurer Sarah Sanders on her retirement and thanked her for her service to CHFA and the State of Connecticut. The draft minutes say Deputy Treasurer Sanders made remarks. Commissioner Jorge Perez later moved to adjourn, Ms. MacKinnon seconded, and the meeting adjourned by unanimous consent at 9:27 AM.
