For January Swanson reported receipts of $57,944.74, disbursements of $83,545.94 and a fund balance of $1,257,580.06. Mat Schnepple moved to approve the January financials, seconded by Josh Verschuere; the motion carried by voice vote. The minutes do not list roll-call tallies; approvals were recorded as voice votes in the meeting minutes.
