Henry County ETSB reappoints officers for 2026

The Henry County Emergency Telephone System Board voted on Jan. 27 to reappoint its existing officers for 2026. Mile Swemline moved “By proclamation I move that the current officers be reappointed to their current positions for 2026,” a motion seconded by M. Carlson and carried by voice vote, confirming Carol Zimmerman as board president, Mat Schnepple as vice president, Mile Swemline as treasurer and Brian W. Stoudt as secretary.
Board members also received and approved committee rosters for 2026 covering Public Education, By‑Laws, Planning and Strategic Development, Consolidation, Personnel and CAD/RMS committees. Because of scheduling conflicts the board agreed by consensus to change the February 24 meeting to March 3. Minutes list committee memberships and say candidates for any vacancies will be posted on the Henry County and OEM websites for letters of interest.
