Council adopts ordinance to secure pebble lime for water treatment plant

The motion to suspend was made by Council Member Mike Reese and seconded by Council Member Chris Maxwell; a roll-call vote recorded ayes from Berger, Stugmyer, Yurchiak, May, Reese, Maxwell and Hines and the ordinance was declared adopted. The minutes do not list a contract price or vendor; staff are authorized to proceed with procurement under the terms of the ordinance.
