Commission approves youth program contracts and routine consent items including health grant and procurement awards

A number of small emergency, unauthorized purchases (e.g., equipment repairs, tow services, radar inspection) were ratified after staff said the purchases were urgent; the Commission approved the ratifications following explanations from department staff.
