Board requests revisions to Wells Fargo sign package, flags unpermitted vinyl

Board members questioned raceway versus facade mounting, the stark white of the proposed directional panels in an historic district and the fact that some vinyl graphics and door markings appear already to have been installed. The board declined to approve the package as submitted and asked for a cohesive, revised submission (drawings and details) before any remaining work proceeds.
