Esteban, representing Signs Inc., presented the applicant’s proposal for a raised, pin‑mounted PVC sign reading “Grama Desserts and Coffee,” describing the letters as “black PVC letters, 1 inch thick, with, pin mount studs” and estimating a total area of about 24 square feet. He told the board the existing adhesive remnants would be removed and the surface cleaned before installation.
The board discussed attachment and lighting and accepted staff’s recommendation that the surface be cleaned prior to sign installation. Chair (S1) moved to approve the certificate of appropriateness as submitted and the motion carried. Esteban thanked the board for their time.
