Mosquero board adds Vice President as bank signer, approves audit contract

Jacob Green moved to add James Ray as a signer on the bank account (Motion 113-2526); William Lewis seconded and the motion carried. William Lewis moved to approve an audit contract with Beasley, Mitchell & Co. (Motion 114-2526); Jacob Green seconded and the motion carried.
Minutes show both motions passed without recorded opposition. The business office will implement the signer change with the bank and will coordinate with Beasley, Mitchell & Co. to schedule the district's next audit activities under the approved contract.
